Why I Created This Journey
For years, I lived with Crohn's disease.
At 16, I was diagnosed with a condition that would shape much of my life. And while God eventually healed my body, I discovered something surprising:
Physical healing didn't automatically heal the years of fear, pressure, striving, and survival patterns I had learned along the way.
I loved God.
I wanted to grow.
I wanted to move forward.
But underneath it all, I was still carrying the belief that I had to prove myself in everything that I did.
And that pressure followed me for years.
Until God began revealing a truth that changed everything:
Before I am anything else, I am His daughter.
That revelation became the foundation for everything that followed.
As I began realigning my life around identity instead of pressure, I experienced greater clarity, peace, stability, and freedom than I had ever known.
The Realignment Journey™ was born from my own process of returning to peace, identity, and alignment with God.
I created it because I discovered something:
Sometimes the answer isn't doing more.
Sometimes it's returning.
